We are happy that another one of our candidates achieved MRICS first time.
They were a senior professional candidate. Their pathway was land and resources. They specialised in sustainability and already had several successful businesses.
We established a good working relationship quickly. We always asked them for feedback at the end our sessions. They always left our calls grateful even for small tips.
They said that after their wife that they would tell our director if they passed, as she was their mentor and RICS counsellor.
Today they thanked her and said they joined our sessions immensely. They were a nice candidate, respectful.
