We appreciate that ethics questions can be difficult for candidates, and they can buy our guide on the subject here:
During the 1-hour RICS professional interview, after the candidates presentation. Assessors may ask up to 100 questions in 50 minutes based on the submission. Then in the last 10 minutes candidates are asked about ethics by the Chair and they can be tired.
It not unknown for candidates to then to lose their confidence and train of thought. Therefore a mock can be helpful and you can book one here. We will need a copy of your submission to do the interview.
